Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”) describes the prohibited uses and activities in respect of the Services provided by Converlens Pty Ltd (“Converlens”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
This Policy is part of the Converlens Terms of Service (the “Terms”), and your use of Converlens Services is subject to these Terms.
Prohibited Uses
In using Converlens Services, you agree not to do any of the following:
Engage in unlawful activity, or violate any applicable law or regulation;
Post, share, upload, publish, submit or transmit any material that:
breaches, violates, or encourages any conduct that would violate, any applicable law or regulation or would give rise to civil liability;
infringes, misappropriates or violates a third party’s patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights or other intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy;
is fraudulent, false, misleading or deceptive;
is defamatory, inflammatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar or offensive;
promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment or harm against any individual or group;
is violent or threatening or promotes violence or actions that are threatening to any person or entity; or
promotes illegal or harmful activities or substances;
Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas or parts of the Services, or shared areas of the Services you haven’t been invited to, Converlens computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of any Converlens service providers;
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Converlens system or network, or breach or otherwise circumvent any security or authentication measures;
Avoid, bypass, remove, deactivate, impair, descramble or otherwise circumvent any technological measure implemented by Converlens or any of the Converlens service providers or any other third party (including another user) to protect Converlens Services;
Access, search, create accounts or download content from Converlens Services by any means other than the publicly supported interfaces provided by Converlens (this prohibition includes without limitation the use of third party software, robots, crawlers, data mining tools or the like);
Send any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional materials, email, junk mail or junk messages, spam, chain letters or other form of solicitation (including sending invitations to use Converlens to people you do not know or from whom you have not received consent to such contact);
Send altered, forged, deceptive or false source-identifying information, including “spoofing” and “phishing”;
Upload or otherwise disseminate any viruses, trojan horses, time bombs, cancelbots, adware, spyware, worms, or other malicious code that may damage, interfere with, intercept, or expropriate any system, program, or data from Converlens Services;
Interfere with, or attempt to interfere with, the access of any user, host or network, including, without limitation, sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing Converlens Services;
Collect, upload, store or share any personally identifiable information from third parties without their consent (including without limitation your customers, research participants, stakeholders or any other sources of personal information);
Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate or infringe the legal rights (such as of privacy and publicity) of any other user of Converlens Services or staff of Converlens;
Impersonate any person or entity, including without limitation a Converlens representative or another user of Converlens Services, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
Use, display, wrap or frame Converlens Services, or any component of Converlens Services, the Converlens name, any Converlens trademark, logo or other proprietary information, or the layout and design of any page or form contained on a page, without our express written consent;
Use or disclose any Converlens Confidential Information, except as otherwise explicitly set forth herein;
Sub-license, resell or distribute Converlens Services or any component thereof separate from any integrated application without express written permission;
Exceed usage parameters for any given service or feature; or
Encourage or enable any other individual or entity to do any of the foregoing.
This list is not exhaustive and is meant to represent the types of activities that are prohibited.
Monitoring and Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate and prosecute violations and breaches of this Policy to the fullest extent of the law. Converlens may involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who violate these Terms and/or this Policy.
If you breach this Policy or authorise or help others to do so, we may suspend or terminate your use of the Services in accordance with the Terms. If you use the Services under an employer or organisation’s account, we also reserve the right to notify your employer or organisation of any actual or suspected breach of this Policy.
You acknowledge that Converlens has no obligation to monitor your access to or use of the Services, or to review or edit any Customer Data, but we has the right to do so for the purpose of operating the Services, to ensure your compliance with these Terms of Service, or to comply with applicable law or the order or requirement of a court, administrative agency or other governmental body.
Reporting a violation
If you become aware of any breach of this Policy, you must promptly notify us and provide us with assistance, as requested, to stop or remedy the breach.

Changes to this Policy
Please be aware that we may make changes to this Policy from time to time, in our sole discretion, and all modifications will be effective immediately upon our posting of the modifications on our website or through our Services.
